Service Description. This Site describes Water Damage Restoration, Water Extraction, Sewage Backup Cleanup, Mold Removal, Fire Damage Cleanup provided by Rubios Restoration. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://waterextractionsanjose.com is the property of Rubios Restoration or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. Rubios Restoration may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
